Why there is no price list
We do not publish prices because two 10,000 square foot offices can differ by a third in cost. Carpet versus hard floor, how many restrooms, how much foot traffic, kitchens and break rooms, and how many nights a week you want all change the work.
Thirty minutes in the building lets us give you one fixed monthly price instead of a guess.
What happens next

Pick a 30-minute slot
Choose a time before or after your business hours, if that is easier.

Walk the building
Celestine or Priya notes square footage, floor types, restrooms, break rooms, trash points, secured rooms and anything you are unhappy with today.
- 03
Receive the scope
Within two business days, you get a written scope listing every task by night and by room type, with one fixed monthly price.
- 04
Start with eyes on it
If you sign, the first two weeks include a nightly check by the supervisor and a call from Celestine at the end of week one.
Contracts run 12 months at most. Give 30 days’ notice to cancel.
