Evening crews, keys & alarm codes

The building is secure when we leave.

This is the part of cleaning that owners and property managers need spelled out. Here is exactly how we handle it.

01

Your crew

Each building has a crew of 2 to 4 people and one named crew lead who stays with that building. If the lead is out, the night supervisor covers, never someone new on their own.

Crews usually arrive between 6:00pm and 7:00pm. Most offices are complete by 11:00pm.

02

Your keys

Every key or fob is tagged with a number only, never your company name or address. Keys live in a locked key cabinet at our office.

They are signed out to the crew lead at the start of the shift and signed back in at the end. If a key is lost, we tell you that night and pay to rekey.

03

Your alarm

Where your system allows it, each crew member receives an individual user code so the log shows who came and went. Codes are kept in an encrypted password manager, never on paper or in a text message.

When someone leaves Lanternwick, we ask you to delete their code that day and confirm it in writing.

At the end of every shift

We leave a clear record.

Crews clock in and out on a phone app tied to the building location. They lock every door they found locked, set the alarm and text the supervisor before leaving.

Your office contact gets a short note the next morning if anything needs attention: a propped door, a leak, a space heater left on or a restroom out of order.
